At first glance, there would appear to be too MUCH information to leave with clients but after a complete reading by myself prior to distribution, I do believe this brochure to be a valuable little "bible" for our clients. After petsitting for 11 years, I thought I had thought of everything but this pamphlet even had a few hints I had not thought of!
